How to Lodge a Complaint Regarding an IAAC-Accredited School
A complaint is a written and signed grievance involving an alleged violation of the Accreditation Standards or policies established by the IAAC and its standing or Ad hoc Committees and Panels. Individuals considering filing a complaint regarding an accredited school are encouraged to review IAAC Policy on Complaints and Grievances at https://www.iaac.aero/documents_forms.php. The IAAC emphasizes that neither the staff or the members of the Commission will intervene in personnel matters nor review an institution’s internal administrative decisions in matters such as admissions, honor code or code of conduct violations, disputes concerning the assignment of grades, or similar issues unless the context of an allegation suggests that unethical or unprofessional conduct or action may have occurred that might call into question the school’s compliance with accreditation Standards or policies. Complaints must be submitted using the IAAC Complaint Form accessed through the link below.
